The Yogini

Here is a simple site for some beginner yoga moves. And here is a really good back stretch after sitting on the computer for a couple of hours or just to undo the effects of gravity or the hunchback.It is called the Rising Swna, and it's a Pilates(pih-laa-teez) move. Groovy.

I should probably try some yoga. Does it work for back aches? Cause I have a killer back ache now.
